Hello all! My name is Debbie
I have been lurking for several mos after posting on the RNY some suggested I visit the lightweight board. I have to say this is the most friendly and positive support group I have have seen so far. It can be a little rough on the other sites. I would like to become a part of the lightweight family. :)
I just read Price's blog and I am so there with no weight loss for a couple of mos. Really frustrating. Yes I am pretty regular at tracking my food on MyPlate. I do pretty good on calories, but what seems to creep to high levels is my fats and carbs. I do not eat breads, pastas, tortillas. But on occassion I have had a 1/2 flat out or some Lavosh. Try to keep them wholegrain and something with protein. Also, I just have been in love with fruit of lately, so I do have some strawberries or melon once or twice a day. I really want to get all my protein with real food if possible even though I do one protein drink a day.
SO sorry I am just rambling.
I would like to lose another 20 lbs maybe. The funny thing is, I had always thought this was the perfect size (14) for me and now I am like, WELLLLL maybe a 12 or 10 would be nice. :) Never happy are we...
Thanks everyone for listening.
